I was referred to Devan by my boss after I had an unpleasant experience with a different local dealership. Devan was very bubbly and kind. He didn’t make me feel like I was being an inconvenience and was very patient with me as far as what I was looking for. Very pleasant to work with. Worst service department I've ever experienced. Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and MPV inspection. Expected a $39.95 bill and was told it would take less than an hour. Got a text telling me I needed a $130 wheel alignment. No one called and explained why or how long it would take, just a text. Reluctantly I approved the alignment. Very poor communication between the service area and oil/tire group. After waiting 45 minutes after alignment was completed I still didn't have my vehicle. When I checked again to see why the delay (I had to make several trips between the two service areas) I found out they were doing a software update for a recall. No one asked if I wanted this done $170 and two and a half hours later I got my vehicle. This is the third time I've had an issue with them. Will be taking my Equinox to another GM dealer for all future maintenance.

I was referred to your dealership from a friend who suggested I work with Michael Doyle and I am forever grateful. I did not purchase a vehicle on that visit because I was not prepared with my cash down-payment. I would have had zero knowledge about where to begin with buying a vehicle however had it not been for the patience and information I received from Mr. Doyle. Mike is a great person. He gave me tips on how to go forward with my bank and the credit monitoring companies in order to establish and rebuild my credit. I spoke with my credit union that day and had immediate positive and rewarding results. I am on my way to that down-payment and better credit as a DIRECT RESULT of my time spent learning from Mike. I will absolutely be back in to see Michael Doyle at your Shaheen dealership in a few months when I am ready to buy my new car. I will also be recommending that my family and friends interested in a new vehicle start 1st by stopping in to chat with Mike. Thanks guys!!

About 12 years ago I purchased a Camaro from here so here I am back 12 years later. I came to look at the advertised 2012 Equinox LT and within 15 minutes, it was mine. Big thanks to Zack Fouts. His excellent assistance, professionalism and personality is what customer service is all about. It goes beyond being a salesman. I would buy another car from him. Thank you Zack and can't leave out Hot Rod Mike. Shaheen ROCKS !!!!!
