Easy to bring the vehicle in and the extras like the wash were excellent. Just fyi the gentleman who operates the wash gave our car extra attention, he is a very valuable employee…. I couldn’t believe that he even paid attention to our tires. Also, everyone in the oil change operation was friendly and paid attention to detail.

I am writing this review as a conditional review so that I can act with some transparency. I am looking at purchasing a vehicle currently and went in for a test drive. I felt there was some pressure tactics used as I had to leave to go to work, but it was not anything to the point of disrespectful. I had a few concerns about the vehicle I test drove regarding open recalls. I received a message from them telling me the recalls were all taken care of - however this does not appear reflected on any of the sources that I can find online that would corroborate it - either the NHTSA website or the manufacturer site. UPDATE: Richie, the person who worked with me was incredibly transparent and patient with me. He acquired documentation confirming that the recalls were indeed handled, was patient with me as I sought to get out of the sales floor to do some thinking and breathing because I am a forever insecure person over large purchases - who isn't? I committed one of the biggest faux pas of my life and even sent a text message to coworkers asking them to call me with a work emergency because I was terrified of being trapped into a decision on the spot - BUT I accidentally texted it to my salesperson. Once again, Richie could have viewed me as disrespectful or dishonest, but he didn't. He was honest with me that I had sent it to him. He told me that it was ok, that he understood. Honestly, I think he passed this test with flying colors. Maybe it was disrespectful for me to act in this way, but I have had too many situations where I felt unable to leave politely in the past. In any case, I highly recommend working with Richie. He has understood at every moment what my priorities are and why I am looking to purchase the vehicle and has helped me get every offer I requested. He has been so good at it that it makes me wonder if I am asking for too little! Thanks to the patient folks at Shaheen.

I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.
