He did not do us wrong. He was super nice. He was understandable and he worked through it with us and he said that he wouldn’t wanna put us in a vehicle that was not be safe so he helped us picked the safest truck. He is really good and his name spence and he is new but he knows what he is doing. I have his service 10 out of 10.

Nate, the Assistant Service Manager, and Joe H. in Sales were both very professional and spoke to my daughter and me with kindness and respect. They took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. They were also aware that we had not had a positive experience at another local dealership, and they made a strong effort to provide a much better experience. Based on the service and care we received, we will be transferring all of our sales and service business to Shaheen moving forward. Highly recommend!

Micah was awesome; however I would have preferred to not have to wait in my vehicle when being serviced. And in doing so, I found it very unprofessional to have to listen to vulgar language by your team while waiting in my vehicle. That’s not the place when you have customers within earshot.
