If it weren’t for Derrick Kopulos, my Shaheen experience would have been subpar. My husband and I accidentally went to the Cadillac building first where we were greeted by a salesperson who was not too eager to help us (we’re clearly not in the Cadillac price point). Thankfully, the receptionist was polite and pointed us to the Chevrolet building. Derrick greeted us with a huge smile and was more than happy to help us. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and never pressured us to look at more expensive options. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. He was eager to let us look at vehicles on the lot and test drive one, despite knowing that we were just beginning our search and still wanted to look at other manufacturers. He kept open communication with us via text throughout the process, and he was genuinely supportive and kind when we ultimately purchased a vehicle from another manufacturer. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I can’t recommend Derrick enough.

Bought a Equinox November 2020. The day I bought it driving home check engine light came on. Called and took it back. They changed the High pressure fuel pump. Few issues after that. But then September 2021 Engine blew. I then dealt with them again. They put a new engine in it. Well just let me tell you, I have had to replace fuel injector, high pressure, low pressure sensors, fuel rail sensors so many times I can't count anymore. Replaced PMC . We took to a mechanic tried having it diagnosed. Showed nothing. I paid 12,000 for this car and they made me pay another $2000 for my part of the motor. I am not rich. Just trying to make it.I feel they have completely taken advantage of me and sold me a piece of garbage. I have contacted GM customer service and filed a complaint. They told me to also contact Shaheen service manager. I called 3 days ago , left a message and still no return call.

My car was in for repair/a new engine. The service department did not submit the claim for three days according to Zurich our warranty company. Communication was extremely poor. I was not kept informed of the status of the repair. It took them four weeks to complete. I understand the lag time in getting parts, etc. added to the time frame. My advisor, Matthew Mile's was pleasant but not dependable when he promised to call me. In that, I'm very disappointed. All other employees who took my calls were pleasant. This was our seventh vehicle purchased at this dealership. At this point we have not decided if we will purchase from this dealership in the future. My car runs great and I hope it continues to do so. I feel this advisor needs additional training in communicating with customers and how to follow through. Finally, a very disappointed customer.

I was greeted with a smile, and my paperwork was already organized and ready to be signed thanks to Troy Andrews and Jordan Schmaltz. Troy did a lot of the work beforehand, finding me the truck of my dreams. One of my big requests was "a girl color". Troy sent me a picture of the Snowdrift Metallic Colorado, and I had to have it. He took the time to listen to my requests, and he delivered with this one! The truck is beautiful!
