I sold my car to Shaheen. Steve Jackson, the used car director was able to offer me their best after I sent photos and the vehicle information over the phone. I brought it in a few days later to him to officially sell it and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Very quick process and I thank Steve for giving me the best deal and making it so efficient! If I ever go to a dealership again (specifically Chevy) I'll be coming back to Shaheen for sure.

2 stars only because of the amount of clean nice used vehicles they have on the lot. Roger Hicks was nice and decent throughout the process until he heard we had our own financing and declined the offer to have the dealership do it. Hardly any words were spoken after this doing paper work, then came the time to discuss the agreement on the price of the vehicle. As most do I tried to negotiate a price that I felt was right for me and also them. He immediately got the sales manager Mike Herhold and after their discussions Mike became very hostile and aggressive about the situation and instead of working with me, he just deducted the add ons that they put on with out even asking me and not the price of the vehicle. I negotiated more. Mike Herhold then looked my wife in the eyes 6-8 inches away ( mind you I was purchasing the vehicle) and asked “ ARE YOU MAD AT YOUR MONEY?!” Luckily for them I loved the truck I was looking at and purchased it. If it had not been that truck I would’ve walked the second he said that to my wife. Way below the professionalism standard that I have been given while working with other businesses and dealerships. If that’s the way the top of the chain operates i can see why Roger has very little to no people/sales skills. Be aware and if youre directed to those individuals I would recommend asking for another sales member to increase your opportunity for a great experience.

First let me say that I love Shaheen and have been a loyal customer for 15+ years however, my last scheduled maintenance was maddening. I scheduled an appt for oil change, tire sensor, front end alignment and swaybar repair. My appt time was 1 and I dropped it off at 12:30. I went about my day, running errands with my new chauffeur and as I was driving past shaheen @ almost 3, I saw my truck sitting in the same spot I dipped it off at. This lead me to call for a status check. They hadn’t even checked in my vehicle for my 1 o’clock appt! The truck was officially checked in at 2:52 and I was told to arrive back at 5:30/5:45 to get my vehicle. I came back at 5:45 as advised to find my truck was just being pulled in for an oil change and tire sensor repair. I asked Rich the manager what I could have done to make the appointment go more smoothly and was told nothing. I did everything right and that the mistake was on their end. I know that this was a one off and definitely just an oversight, I was able to get everything repaired on Monday and get my vehicle back. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication not only with myself but between employees within Shaheen and I am not one for excuses I don’t wanna hear them. I just want to know what happened and how you’re going to fix it. I feel like Shaheen did everything they promised to do. It was just delayed, but it’s also important to make sure that we follow up on our vehicles.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2024 Chevy Trax. The sales consultant Ken is absolutely the best! He made everything so smooth and seamless, and really listens with humor and compassion. Ryan, who did the financials & Chris who helped me set up my on star were also amazing and so helpful with all the humor as well. You really can't ask for a better team to work with. They are knowledgeable and make sure to explain things in a way that you truly understand. If you want an amazing seamless experience, this is the place to go!
