Ron's customer service is unmatched as he really cares for his clients and will go above and beyond for them! The rest of the team at Shaheen Chevrolet were also wonderful especially Dave Bonotto who we worked with to sign our lease papers. We look forward to being Shaheen customers for a long time!

I travel for work so when it comes to getting any work done or even an oil change it’s hard to find somewhere that can get me done in 1-2days so I can get back to work. Jason helped me get in and out in the same day. Now I’m not saying it still didn’t take a few hours after dropping my vehicle off at 8:30-9am I was out of there by 3-4pm. What took the longest was waiting on the part I needed to get there but while I was waiting the employees were very helpful and accommodating.

Emily Shaffer was very affable and helpful. I purchased a previously owned Equinox from her establishment. She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next. She stayed in contact with me during the process of ascertaining a solution, and in a short amount of time, my dilemma was resolved. I was grateful for the overall experience and I recommend Emily for your car procurement needs. I also want to recognize the other wonderful people affiliated with this location!
