Working with Lenny to purchase my new truck was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Lenny to anyone, and in the future if I was ever looking to buy another vehicle, I would definitely return to Shaheen and work with Lenny again. From the first visit to the dealership to the day I purchased my truck, everything was seamless. We visited the dealership on Saturday and test drove a truck I thought I wanted. We took some time to think about it and look into insurance. On Sunday, we decided to go with a different truck with a few more options. Lenny was extremely helpful answering any questions during the process, the availability of texting with Lenny was very helpful with my work schedule during the week before I was able to return the the dealership for the final paperwork too. I was able to start the process Monday via phone/text with Lenny and I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. After making my decision on the truck I wanted on Sunday and not being able to get back to the dealership until Friday, I wasn’t worried that my truck wouldn’t be available by then after letting Lenny know that was the truck I wanted to purchase. Lenny had everything set and ready when we came in Friday to complete the purchase. A quick test drive Friday and on to paperwork! Working with finance was quick and easy as well, and thanks to Lenny we had no additional questions or surprises once we got to that point. I am completely satisfied with my purchase as well as the trade in of my previous truck and had a great experience through the entire process at Shaheen. We love my new diesel Trail Boss!
