I had a great experience working with Brooke at Shaheen Cadillac. I initially brought my XT5 in for repairs because my AC was not working, along with a few sensor issues. I know she is the service advisor and not the technician, but she made the whole process much easier. She kept me informed, explained what was going on, and worked with my extended warranty to help move everything along. I also brought my vehicle back a few days later for an oil change, and Brooke was just as helpful and professional then too. I really appreciated her communication, follow through, and how easy she made the service experience.

Everett Hurt

Horrible experience with an oil change this week. What should have taken no more than 30 mins max end up taking 2:30 mins because they broke a rod on my truck wheel when doing the tire rotation. I asked a guy what’s the problem and he said I don’t know I just put in the “RO” as if I knew what that even meant. Servicing department ended up fixing it but delayed my entire morning and not one apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service

I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.

Need to give a shout out to Phil for his outstanding service! Before going to Shaheen for my oil changes I use to go to those jiffy lube type places. Every single time I went for a simple oil change they ALWAYS pressured me into getting additional things done which were “necessary” and couldn’t wait to do. This high-pressure tactic made me hate going in to get a simple oil change! When I took my car in to Shaheen I was expecting to need an air filter. Phil checked the filter and said I could more than likely make it to the next oil change. With Christmas coming and being retired on a fixed income I was so happy for his not pressuring me into getting something that could wait. Thank you Phil for your honesty and for your compassion!! I have never been dissatisfied with my service at Shaheen!!

The gentleman that I worked with was very good. They did good work. The only problem was getting inside the bay. I have been here many times. I made an appointment for 8:00AM (first time making an appointment for oil change there) pulled up to the appointment lane and there were two cars in the bays and 4 cars lined up outside. I was then shuffled to another bay that had cars waiting. Car oil change didn’t get started until almost 8:30. The appointment was made to save time.

This is the 4th time I’ve had my oil changed at Shaheen on a new 2500 hd I bought earlier this year. This is the third time they did not grease the front end of the truck. I’ve had to go talk with the manager of the service department to get it taken care of.

The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

Oil change went well. Really attentive & professional young man did the work. Add on for mobile 1 oil was a bit pricey. Found out after, they let you bring in some things like your own filter to save$. Maybe your own mobile1 oil? Not sure. Took an hour. Overall good experience. Waiting room is nice. Free car wash after is a nice perk.

Ashley & Jordan handled my oil change and included extras very well. They were smart, professional, helpful and engaging. Great examples of Shaheen employees/staff. Technician found a bad ball joint, too while examining undercarriage, so I also had both ball joints and arms replaced, as we we have some road-trips planned in coming months. Got an oil change at Shaheen and was told I needed new brakes and several other costly repairs—$3,500 worth. I took it to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion, and he said the brakes were perfectly fine and the work wasn’t necessary. It’s been almost a year since, and the car’s been running great. Definitely glad I didn’t go through with the service they recommended. Do better guys.

I been going there for years I bought my first car from there and always got my oil change from there but they hire a new person name Christian he was trying force me to pay for diagnosis and when I decline he became rude with attitude and tried to belittle me I don’t think I could come do business at place like this mostly when they treat there customer with disrespect. ( mostly when he was trying scam me to buy stuff I didn’t need for my car)

The oil change place is awesome. However I would not recommend sales. When Ted was my salesperson he was great however since he left, the last time I came in to lease/buy my car, it was like no one wanted to help me Finley after 4 people I got dumped on Logan. He was nice to me. But I felt like the same old it’s a boys club and I am women-don’t help her and sell her things she doesn’t want!!!!!

Easy to bring the vehicle in and the extras like the wash were excellent. Just fyi the gentleman who operates the wash gave our car extra attention, he is a very valuable employee…. I couldn’t believe that he even paid attention to our tires. Also, everyone in the oil change operation was friendly and paid attention to detail.

I bought my car here which I love, and my salesman was amazing. Zach worked hard to help me find my vehicle and made sure that I was happy with my choice. He communicated with me every step of the way answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. If I had any issues they made things right. I'm very happy as a result and will be a lifelong customer! I got my first complimentary oil change/tire rotation since I bought it and they really do a great job. They give you a flower after the service, what a nice touch!!! I highly recommend Zach and Shaheen Chevrolet dealership as it has been the best experience I've had in my 25 years buying vehicles. Best car buying experience ever!! We are new to Michigan and 1st went to Sheehan for an oil change on our existing Chevy. They were amazing! It is because of that amazing service we looked at them when we wanted to purchase an additional vehicle. Dylan was very knowledgeable, easy going and a joy to work with. Bought my 2019 Trax from Jack van Pelt. Wonderful guy, very helpful. Delayed review but for good reason. I've continued my business with Shaheen after purchasing my vehicle there for a reason. Jack has stayed in contact making sure the vehicle I bought is still the right fit. Even the guys at the Oil Change center are incredibly helpful and professional, downright even friendly for the rep most mechanics get. They also just recently opened up their Cadillac lot expanding their inventory and their selection by a TON. Will be buying my next car here when the time comes.

I received a free oil change, tire rotation and vehicle service after a very poor experience at Shaheen in Lansing. I just used my free certificate. This time I elected to stay in my vehicle so I could see what was done. I was told I need new tires(again). Now mind you I was told I needed new tire LAST time I was here, my tires were 6 weeks old at the time. So today my response to the gentleman that my tires are less than 6 months old. His reply was well they are Michelin and you drive a lot your tires measure at 5/32. He also told me I needed an alignment (which was also done 6 months ago). He showed me the report and I'm .001 off center line. That eventually I would notice my vehicle pulling. My wiper blades were all good, my horn works, my windshield condition is good, my cabin filter is good, and my oil life monitor was reset, and I was all set to go. I sat in my vehicle the entire time, he never inspected any of these and never reset my oil life monitor. This place is less than honest. Be very careful using their service department. On my way home I stopped and had the tread depth on my tires inspected at another shop and my tires are still brand new. Imagine that.

Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?
