I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.

I was blown away by the great service by Kevin! I was sure it would takes at least 2 days or more to drive home in my new truck... But it didn't!! I'm so happy and everyone was great!!
