Ashley & Jordan handled my oil change and included extras very well. They were smart, professional, helpful and engaging. Great examples of Shaheen employees/staff. Technician found a bad ball joint, too while examining undercarriage, so I also had both ball joints and arms replaced, as we we have some road-trips planned in coming months. Quick service with smiles. Good job everyone!

Need to give a shout out to Phil for his outstanding service! Before going to Shaheen for my oil changes I use to go to those jiffy lube type places. Every single time I went for a simple oil change they ALWAYS pressured me into getting additional things done which were “necessary” and couldn’t wait to do. This high-pressure tactic made me hate going in to get a simple oil change! When I took my car in to Shaheen I was expecting to need an air filter. Phil checked the filter and said I could more than likely make it to the next oil change. With Christmas coming and being retired on a fixed income I was so happy for his not pressuring me into getting something that could wait. Thank you Phil for your honesty and for your compassion!! I have never been dissatisfied with my service at Shaheen!!

Jason, Jonathon, and the team at Shaheen Service have exceeded my expectations. They have inherited me and my 2024 Chevy Blazer EV, after a lackluster 6+ week service experience at another Lansing Chevy dealership. (This ended up in a GM corporate complaint with that dealer.) From start to finish, Jason kept me informed of my Chevy Blazer EV's repairs, even while I was away in China on business. He was diligent in ensuring all vehicle service bulletins were addressed, including those I didn't even know about. They have earned my loyalty and trust. I so appreciate Shaheen's Service Team and their commitment to quality/excellence.

I made an appointment for my car on a Friday and dropped it off at 7:30AM. I was told I should have a diagnosis by mid day. I called at 1:30pm as I had not received a diagnosis yet. I was told the technician had not looked at my car yet but would have it by end of the day. I called again at 4:45pm as I still had no diagnosis. Was told that they still had not looked at my car. They stated it wouldn’t be until Monday until they could look at it has my technician wasn’t in on Saturdays. I picked my car up Saturday as I couldn’t go all weekend and Monday without it. I brought it back in two weeks later again on a Friday with an appointment. The same thing happened they didn’t look at my car until the following Monday. I’m unsure why they make appointments when they clearly don’t have time to look at your car that day. Their communication is very poor, and they don’t follow through with what they say. I will never take my car back to be serviced there due to making me go days with no communication and follow through.
