I don't like paying for the surcharge for oil change at all. To buy an airplane ticket is the product that I know I need to pay surcharge.

Richie was amazing,he went beyond helping me to purchase my new equinox. I am not usually one to write a review, but I want to express how great of an experience I had with my salesman, Tyler Howe, at Shaheen in Lansing. I ordered a Chevy Trax, to my liking, about six months ago; it was a long wait. Tyler kept me updated about the whereabouts of my new Trax, and along the way, he ensured I was doing what I needed to with my current lease. When my car reached Lansing, Tyler got me in the same day, walked me through the buying process, and eased my mind the entire way. The day my car was delivered to Lansing, I took ownership. Tyler helped make this day possible, helping me build the perfect vehicle from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Tyler and his patience with me. When I got my car, we sat in it, and he went over everything with me; he was very knowledgeable about all my new car's gadgets. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
