Providing the loaner vehicle really helped since I would have been without transportation while the repair and maintenance was completed. I really like to portal and the constant communication to provide updates.

It’s a shame I have to leave this review, but I would be doing a disservice to others if I did not. My Service manager Payton did a phenomenal job. She did the best that she could, and I don’t blame her for this that being said I brought my Chevy Cruz into the dealership to have the sunroof inspected because it was leaking. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s the window that is leaking. Last time I checked, water cannot go through glass. They tried to tell me that I needed a $2500 window LOL. A seal AROUND the sunroof OK maybe but not a window. I quickly abandoned that cause or rather having them troubleshoot it I should say The other thing that I brought the vehicle in for is a parasitic draw I know, for a fact that other people have similar set ups as to what I have. And they do not have problems. I have a edge CTS monitor Dash camera and a phone charger My particular vehicle the Chevy Cruz diesel has a fuse cover on top of the battery They then tried to tell me that this was the cause and why I was getting a battery drain, I will take some blame in not telling them that I know that this needs to be replaced. I had temporary jumpers to bypass the fuse block just so I can actually use the car until the fuse. Top arrives in the mail. That being said the focus is then shifted. I said test everything. With everything in the car plugged in and then do it not plugged in they as requested did the test and found I had a Parasitic draw, kind of like the Jews LOL. All jokes aside it tested for about 3V Which does constitute a parasitic draw I will concede On the parasitic draw aspect, but you’re gonna sit there and tell me that a sunroof needs to be replaced because water is going through Hard glass that is not broken or cracked? Cmon man …no The whole reason I even decided to come here is because I had positive experiences with them in the past

They didn’t have my exact car on the lot within 24 hrs he got my car from a different dealership & he delivered. Shaheen give Sean a raise asap😆😆😆😆.The whole process was fast & easy,! Shaheen Chevrolet really is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Most car salesmen are only looking out for themselves. Ron BECKWITH was more concerned about listening to what I wanted and what I could afford. He gave me everything I asked for. Treated me with the utmost respect. David, the finance man, never pressured me to buy anything extra. He,like Rob, explained everything to me. I realized that as many miles as I drive, and the transmission and engine problems I had with my last car, I needed the extra protection. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and can attest that the great service and honesty that is practiced at Shaheen Chevrolet and specifically with longtime salesman Tobbie Lansdell is above and beyond. Tobbie has been a mainstay at Shaheen and has built a relationship over the last dozen years or so that means I will shop nowhere else for a GM vehicle, even if it means I have to wait to get what I want. Tobbie has proven to go the extra mile, time and time again to ensure that I get a great value on every vehicle I have purchased whether it was for my fleet or personal.

We were treated unbelievably well. Our 2024 Terrain transmission went out. We bought it at Crippen, they said they didn’t have a mechanic to repair it, and they would take it to a Shaheen mechanic. After weeks of not getting real answers, not getting our calls and texts answered, our car finally was taken to Shaheen. Less than two days, and constant updates from Payton our car was repaired. The mechanic Randy, even talked to us explaining what the problem was and how the repair was done. Five stars aren’t enough for our experience with Shaheen.

Tobbie helped us out tremendously, AGAIN! This guy is an absolute blessing. Always goes above and beyond for his customers. He will come to our house and get a vehicle if problems and keeps us in the loop on everything. You all have quite the asset in him and I sincerely hope he is well taken care of. David B. in finance is a salt of the Earth man as well. So friendly and informative. We are going to miss them if/when they retire. Tobbie is the main reason we keep coming back to Shaheen.

Even those I wasn't directly working with contributed to the friendly environment. The waiting room was cozy and spacious. And the receptionists were both very kind. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Lucas and David Medoza, both of whom were warm and professional. They truly knew their stuff, keeping things simple and easy to understand, which made me feel confident and well-informed throughout the sale. Beware , I recently purchased a used suburban and have had the worst buying process ever. They do not care about you as a customer as soon as you drive one foot off the lot . For starters , after talking to the salesman , you go into office to get everything finalized where I was duped into getting every warranty they offer “ worry free package “ ( did not go over any of actual information instead just got talked up , until had to leave office ). Was under the impression that all It would be $1000, per 6 years of the time financed . Did not get any paperwork sent home with me the night after signing so could not review . Little did I know the $1000 would be my car payment, and had no idea what I was signed up for ( 10k worth of warranties when all I really wanted was the powertrain ) . Then when I came back the next day to pick up my vehicle , I noticed about a half mile down the road there was a chip in the windshield . As soon as I got home ( within 30 mins after stepping off lot ) I took a picture and then proceeded to make an appointment for a few weeks later when I could come back in not thinking this would be a problem ( also noted some chipped paint and the brakes were squealing ). Came to my appointment , brakes were checked and I was told the new standard of brake pads don’t have copper in them , creating more squealing . I was then told my salesman would be able to take care of the other issues and should have been handled before bringing the car home and needed to make an appointment with him . So proceeded to try to get in contact with my salesman . After two unanswered calls /voicemails was able to get in contact with them by third time. I was then told I was basically a liar and there’s no way they can confirm that a rock didn’t hit my car on the way home and that too much time had gone by ( at this point hadn’t even made a car payment of vehicle , and have a time stamped photo on my phone of the windshield ). It had not snowed yet and was a clear sunny day when brought home . Honestly it’s a real simple problem that could have been fixed and sent me on my way .Now I worry about if something actually major happens with all these “worry free warranties “ I got signed up for that it’s going to be a worse headache . As expected with the follow up comment , no one ever reached out . Not surprising .

On my recent service visit, here's what happened. My advisor was Jason Jones. He listened intently to what I was there for. He asked questions when he didn’t fully ascertain what the problem was. From that point, the car was taken. I received a shuttle ride back home, received texts as to what the status was or if they required more information on what the issue was and then when it was completed, brought my car back to my home. It was a smooth process. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Shaheen’s over 2 decades. From their sales personnel, to financing, oil changes and service department, I have never had any complaints. Thanks for a first class act Shaheen’s!

We had been approved for an auto loan through our bank and were waiting for the dealership to finalize the process so the bank could issue the check. Everything was in order on our end. After some discussion, we were persuaded to consider a different option for what we were told could be a better deal. Several hours later, we were informed that the dealership could not provide a better offer; by that time, the bank was closed. We were then notified that the vehicle had a check engine light and was in the service department. Unfortunately, due to poor and inconsistent communication throughout this process, the dealership lost a confirmed sale. I called back today to check on another vehicle and express my frustration with them just to be told I'd get a call back, with it being hours later and no call. I'm very disappointed as this has been our families go to for vehicles, especially with our history in GM workers. I will never recommend this place again as it has completely turned shady and unprofessional.

Logan Willbanks was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and honestly as positive as it could be given the circumstances. This was an especially difficult experience for me because I was trading in my late mother’s car shortly after her passing, and Logan was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and kind throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. I took my car in to get fixed the fixing part was great runs great now. The problem lies in that 1 it took 2 weeks to get an estimate. And 2 when I picked it up there was a crack in my windshield. I immediately called my service provider dale to let him know. I went to voice mail and I left a message I never heard back from him. On 11/7 I sent an email and never got a response to my email about the same problem. I even tried their online chat as well and was told someone would reach out but never did. I have continued to call and no answer or call back. I gave more than 1 star bc the problem I had and the reason I took it in was fixed.
