I have purchased many vehicles over the years and can attest that the great service and honesty that is practiced at Shaheen Chevrolet and specifically with longtime salesman Tobbie Lansdell is above and beyond. Tobbie has been a mainstay at Shaheen and has built a relationship over the last dozen years or so that means I will shop nowhere else for a GM vehicle, even if it means I have to wait to get what I want. Tobbie has proven to go the extra mile, time and time again to ensure that I get a great value on every vehicle I have purchased whether it was for my fleet or personal.

Michael Hernly was just amazing. He took the time and helped is figure out what all we were looking for in a car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went over pricing in an understandable way. Overall he was make this experience quick and easy. And David Mendoza made financing easy for us to work with he was great too. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle with them.

I had been searching for a particular car and model for about 4 months and came across a vehicle that fit my needs on Cars.com. It happened to be from Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing , Michigan while I was located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I sent the automated message on Cars.com requesting more information on this vehicle and received a phone call within 5 minutes. from the Used Car Manager. He stated that he would have one of their sales agents call me back which, again, happened in less than 5 minutes. The Agent was Christopher Paulik. Chris sent me a ton of information on the car and was very informative and helpful. when I decided that this was the car that fit our needs I had to start planning how to travel to Lansing to pick it up. I flew into Grand Rapids, Mi and Chris drove down to pick me up. It is a one hour drive each way and I very much appreciated that he would take the time and effort. The transaction was smooth and quick and everyone was very friendly. Chris was great at explaining all of the items and even helped me set up some features on the car. While i was finalizing the transaction with the Finance Manager, Chris fueled up the car so that it would be ready to go. He had also recommended the Zurich protection package which includes a ceramic layer. Everything was as had been advertised and I am very happy with this purchase.

We recently purchased a previously owned truck from Shaheen Chevrolet. We could not have had a better experience. Everyone who helped us was friendly and professional. They did a fabulous job of detailing the truck to bring it back to near new condition. We will be visiting them again when we have need to replace one of our vehicles.

In my 35 years of picking up fleet vehicles at a dealership I have never had such a great experience before! Sam Eddy went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. The last vehicle we picked up at a Grand Rapids dealership was lost for over 7 months and when we picked it up there was no power steering fluid in the reservoir. This was the total opposite experience all due to Sam’s attention to detail and great communication skills, he actually gave me his cell phone number AND he answered, no other dealership has ever done this before.
