It’s a shame I have to leave this review, but I would be doing a disservice to others if I did not. My Service manager Payton did a phenomenal job. She did the best that she could, and I don’t blame her for this that being said I brought my Chevy Cruz into the dealership to have the sunroof inspected because it was leaking. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s the window that is leaking. Last time I checked, water cannot go through glass. They tried to tell me that I needed a $2500 window LOL. A seal AROUND the sunroof OK maybe but not a window. I quickly abandoned that cause or rather having them troubleshoot it I should say The other thing that I brought the vehicle in for is a parasitic draw I know, for a fact that other people have similar set ups as to what I have. And they do not have problems. I have a edge CTS monitor Dash camera and a phone charger My particular vehicle the Chevy Cruz diesel has a fuse cover on top of the battery They then tried to tell me that this was the cause and why I was getting a battery drain, I will take some blame in not telling them that I know that this needs to be replaced. I had temporary jumpers to bypass the fuse block just so I can actually use the car until the fuse. Top arrives in the mail. That being said the focus is then shifted. I said test everything. With everything in the car plugged in and then do it not plugged in they as requested did the test and found I had a Parasitic draw, kind of like the Jews LOL. All jokes aside it tested for about 3V Which does constitute a parasitic draw I will concede On the parasitic draw aspect, but you’re gonna sit there and tell me that a sunroof needs to be replaced because water is going through Hard glass that is not broken or cracked? Cmon man …no The whole reason I even decided to come here is because I had positive experiences with them in the past

A.H., You came in stating that the vehicle had a water leak, but only when high pressure was applied. We water tested and could not verify a leak and since we could not test outside or go through the carwash due to the freezing temperatures we did not charge you for the diagnosis of the water leak. The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

Rich Schultz came out to us and was just awesome from the get go. We told him what we wanted in our price range and payment amount and he did everything he could do to help us get to the point. He was there through the whole time from start to finish. My husband and I knew that he was the right sales person for us. Very honest, humble, and what was the best part was he’s a man of GOD from talking to him we knew he was going to give us great service.
