I bought my car here which I love, and my salesman was amazing. Zach worked hard to help me find my vehicle and made sure that I was happy with my choice. He communicated with me every step of the way answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. If I had any issues they made things right. I'm very happy as a result and will be a lifelong customer! I got my first complimentary oil change/tire rotation since I bought it and they really do a great job. Everything went smoothly and my salesman, Richard A. kept me apprised of all updates on my vehicle order. Gary Kelly and the team at Shaheen were outstanding. We had been looking for a vehicle for three weeks, and finally found the one we were looking for at Shaheen, which is about 75 miles away from our home. Gary bent over backwards to accommodate our busy schedule. He communicated with us promptly and clearly throughout the process. When we finally made it to the dealership, he had pulled the car into a showroom so we could look at it out of the dark, cold and rain. The facility is top notch, and everyone we interacted with was so helpful and efficient. It look less than two hours to inspect the vehicle, take it for a test drive, complete all the paperwork, and drive away. Gary even removed all the stickers, made us a nice temporary plate, and filled the vehicle with gas before we left. If you're in the Lansing area or willing to drive there, I highly recommend Shaheen for your next vehicle.

Chris Hazelton was my first salesman and he sent me over to the new car salesman Brett Hogle, the vehicle I built on the GM website before it was even available back in 2019 had somehow been ordered and was on its way to the dealership. I was ecstatic, after having a horrible car accident with my first brand new 21 trailblazer(which was all black and not really what I wanted but at the time there was nothing available), I ended up being able to get exactly what I wanted. I inquired about a car I found on Cars.com, Ashley responded to my inquiry within minutes She was very helpful and made sure that the vehicle would be available when we arrived on Saturday. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse, Certified Pre Owned, from Shaheen Chevrolet on March 1, 2021. My sales representative was John Korrey. John was very knowledgeable about all of their used vehicles. He was very friendly and helpful explaining their vehicles and answering questions, while standing back and no pressure sales tactics. All-in-all it was a very good experience looking for a used vehicle. I would recommend Shaheen for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If looking for a used vehicle I would definitely recommend contacting John Korrey for advice and assistance.

Bought my 2019 Trax from Jack van Pelt. Wonderful guy, very helpful. Delayed review but for good reason. I've continued my business with Shaheen after purchasing my vehicle there for a reason. Jack has stayed in contact making sure the vehicle I bought is still the right fit. Even the guys at the Oil Change center are incredibly helpful and professional, downright even friendly for the rep most mechanics get. They also just recently opened up their Cadillac lot expanding their inventory and their selection by a TON. Will be buying my next car here when the time comes.

We've had service done at a handful of other dealerships and Shaheen is consistently the best. Most recently, we opted to purchase from Shaheen. A manufacturer repurchase left us in need of a vehicle and Zach Brendahl delivered. He was friendly and down to earth. It never felt like a sale at any point during the process, rather someone just genuinely interested in our story and helping us out. Super low pressure and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Being able to text or email for quick things was a huge perk as well. Our expectations were exceeded in nearly every aspect. Being a customer here for over 9 years, the customer service remains exceptional and that staff has always been, and continues to be, very helpful and sincere. Between Quick Lube and the Service Department, there was excellent communication and team work. They also went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to schedule the service appointment before I had to be to work, they provided me with a rental car, and called me with updates on the status of my car throughout the day. My car was finished by the time I was out of work. My three-year old daughter was the happiest though because she got to choose her own flower. Finally made the move to get a new car and couldn’t have chosen a better place! This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this and I never knew what to expect but they really came through.
