About 12 years ago I purchased a Camaro from here so here I am back 12 years later. I came to look at the advertised 2012 Equinox LT and within 15 minutes, it was mine. Big thanks to Zack Fouts. His excellent assistance, professionalism and personality is what customer service is all about. It goes beyond being a salesman. I would buy another car from him. Thank you Zack and can't leave out Hot Rod Mike. Shaheen ROCKS !!!!!

I recently bought a used car from them and I have nothing but great things to say. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out everyone was so polite, attentive, Jake our salesmen did everything he could to get us our car (and not in a pushy salesmen way) he genuinely cared about our situation and getting us what we wanted. And as a coffee lover and mom of 3 kids I can appreciate the latte/hot chocolate machine and the care and attention my children were given. It was a 2 day process for us (no fault of Jake's or the dealership) and it never felt rushed, hurried, and I dare say it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car dealer even in those 2 days. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're in the market PLEASE go to them! They are amazing.

It’s a shame I have to leave this review, but I would be doing a disservice to others if I did not. My Service manager Payton did a phenomenal job. She did the best that she could, and I don’t blame her for this that being said I brought my Chevy Cruz into the dealership to have the sunroof inspected because it was leaking. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s the window that is leaking. Last time I checked, water cannot go through glass. They tried to tell me that I needed a $2500 window LOL. A seal AROUND the sunroof OK maybe but not a window. I quickly abandoned that cause or rather having them troubleshoot it I should say The other thing that I brought the vehicle in for is a parasitic draw I know, for a fact that other people have similar set ups as to what I have. And they do not have problems. I have a edge CTS monitor Dash camera and a phone charger My particular vehicle the Chevy Cruz diesel has a fuse cover on top of the battery They then tried to tell me that this was the cause and why I was getting a battery drain, I will take some blame in not telling them that I know that this needs to be replaced. I had temporary jumpers to bypass the fuse block just so I can actually use the car until the fuse. Top arrives in the mail. That being said the focus is then shifted. I said test everything. With everything in the car plugged in and then do it not plugged in they as requested did the test and found I had a Parasitic draw, kind of like the Jews LOL. All jokes aside it tested for about 3V Which does constitute a parasitic draw I will concede On the parasitic draw aspect, but you’re gonna sit there and tell me that a sunroof needs to be replaced because water is going through Hard glass that is not broken or cracked? Cmon man …no The whole reason I even decided to come here is because I had positive experiences with them in the past

Communication was excellent throughout our purchase. Chris kept us apprised of all aspects of the order process and what to expect. We feel he went out of his way to be thoughtful and kind. We are very happy and have a positive view of Shaheen Chevrolet as a result.
