Went in for an oil change on our perfectly good truck and left with a new truck...that's how AWESOME this dealership is. Our salesman, Rich, was more then helpful and spent a lot of time with us without even a sigh on a very busy Saturday. The manager, Tad, literally jumped through hoops to get us the perfect truck at the lowest price and spent a lot of time on us as well which is not usual at a dealership in my experience. Ryan in finance was more than helpful and worked out awesome deals for us on protection services for our new truck. I buy A LOT of vehicles and this by far was the best experience. I also love the fact that literally everything is available in one area; sales, service, oil change, and even car wash!!

We were greeted upon walking in, asked if we'd like coffee, and shown the office we would meet our salesperson at. Rob Lucas again greeted us, shaking our hands. He was very professional, yet friendly and easy-going. He answered all of our questions, even took the time to show us every single possibility we had regarding releasing, buying out our lease, buying new, turning in, etc... comparing several different vehicles. I had no plans to drive away in a new truck yesterday but did. I did not feel one ounce of pressure, being pushed, or coerced by Rob, to buy that day. He made the experience fun, and by giving (and showing) us every possible choice, I felt confident in our purchase. There was not a bit of buyers remorse. We will be back to see him again!

I hate leaving reviews, however, my last truck buying experience with Lenny Ezzo and Shaheen Chevrolet needs to be noted. I live a descent distance away from the dealership, and looking for a vehicle in person wasn't an option. Lenny found several vehicles that suited my needs and had all the options I desired. He worked within my budget and made the process easy. The experience left a real impression on how vehicle purchases should be, stress free and enjoyable. Lenny and the staff at Shaheen are real people that deserve to be acknowledged.

John Rausch helped me to get my 2nd vehicle with him. John was very helpful and did a wonderful job in helping us through the process of getting our new Silverado.
