I recently bought a 2023 Tahoe and dealt directly with Jack Van Pelt. He was very friendly and did not put any kind of pressure on me to buy the vehicle. I walked in around 3PM on a Friday and a half hour later I had a new vehicle. Everything went very smoothly and I picked it up Saturday at 10AM. I would highly recommend Jack if you plan on buying a new car or truck from Shaheen Chevrolet.

After our car was totaled, we stopped by Shaheen Chevrolet to look at a 2025 Equinox, that is when we ran into Rob Lucas. Rob showed us exactly what we were looking for and at our price. Emily Shaffer was very affable and helpful. I purchased a previously owned Equinox from her establishment. She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next. She stayed in contact with me during the process of ascertaining a solution, and in a short amount of time, my dilemma was resolved. Devan Reed is Exceptional ‼️ Quality customer service, attentive and so personable, is everything Devan represents. What a great experience for me ( I hated car dealerships from poor past experiences). Chris the finance guru is great as well.
