Shaheen Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have come across. I am from the metro Detroit area and my family and I have a dealership we always go to when we need to get a new car/services. I recently moved out to the East Lansing Area and the charging port on my EV Blazer broke. Unfortunately since I couldn’t charge my car I couldn’t go to my regular dealership. I ended up getting referred to shaheen and I am VERY happy I chose to come here. Cameron (Cam) and Jimmy, were so wonderful and kind. From now on when I need a new car or services I plan to come over here! They helped me move all my items out of the loaner vehicle into my vehicle and even charged my car for me fully. I am very appreciative of their kindness and support. DEFINITELY COME HERE!

The service advisor was friendly. My car was fixed within one business day. The text app feature for updates did not work well. I couldn’t get a response when I replied to the text. The only negative about the service was I also had the oil changed and there were specific instructions that the psi was to be left as is on my tires and the oil change techs did not pay attention to that note and my psi was changed. Also, the filters needed to be changed, I approved those via the text app and they were not changed. I was happy with the service I received.

We had our vehicles serviced in November 2024 due to window controls not functioning properly. We were told that the buttons were replaced. 1 week after the repairs, the rear drivers side control stopped working. We were unable to get the vehicle back in for service until the recent visit and received a quote to replace the switch which from our understanding was already replaced. We have 2 non-working window controls that should have been replaced the first time we brought the vehicle in
