Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?

I had a very pleasant experience with Doug as my salesman at Shaheen. He was very patient and gave me lots of options and recommendations. He was also very honest about the cars as well, and I was able to find a 2023 Malibu that I have been thrilled with. I would definitely go back to Doug again if I needed to, and refer all of my family and friends to him as well.

It took 4 weeks to get my car back. 2 weeks was because of the Insurance and the other 2 weeks was Shaheen getting all my parts that I needed, to paint it, and to clean it up to look nice. I am over all happy to have my car back but also happy how much work they put in to it and to make it look like the deer never hit my car. I had no doubt they wouldn't do a good job. I trust Shaheen Employees. It's a good company and good people to work with.
