Emily Shaffer was very affable and helpful. I purchased a previously owned Equinox from her establishment. She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next.
