They were nice enough, but it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Vague answers to questions and taking over two days to fix my vehicle without letting me know when I agreed to the work is unacceptable. Also, now my truck vibrates at higher speeds which it did not do before. I will hire someone else to fix that......UPDATE: I contacted this John Feister by email and text a week ago with no response.

Scott, your Service Advisor Jason Jones took your car in at 4 pm, the next day had a diagnosis. Work is only performed if and when you approve it via our text messaging platform or in person. Our DealerFX software shows multiple communications with from diagnosis to the vehicle being complete and ready for pickup. We apologize for any misunderstandings. My daughter who lives in Texas came home for a visit and to explore her options of car ownership. Christopher Paulik was the only salesman in the Greater Lansing Area to take the time to help her. We were so impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. My daughter took the plunge and purchased her new Chevy Blazer here in Michigan! Christopher was fantastic and helped make arrangements to have it sent to her home in Texas! It was shipped on Monday and she received it on Wednesday! To make this experience even better, I also walked away with my dream Jeep Rubicon! I had mentioned we were Jeep lovers and already owned one. He took the time to show me an amazing vehicle that I instantly knew I needed in my life. He was amazing to work with and hands down the best car-buying experience I have ever had!
