Daughter bought her first new vehicle. Mark Howard was great, super helpful, low pressure. Got us every possible discount, incentive, and rebate. Great buying experience for our daughter, Chris in finance was very nice and explained everything too. Receptionist was a little pushy, so ignore her.

My first new car purchase in 9 years and it was a great experience. My salesman, Don Graves, made the whole purchase and trading in my Terrain a great day. Was looking for a cajun red Equinox and was able to take it for a test drive. Love the way it drives with its peppy turbo charged 1.5. All of the staff at Shaheen were friendly and great to interact with. Drove away with my beautiful red Equinox in an afternoon. Highly recommend Don and Shaheen!

I worked with Sam, who made my decision on purchasing a 2020 Equinox very easy. He was patient, answered all of my questions and never pressured in order to complete a sale. Bought my car this week after SEVERAL weeks trying various cars and NEVER felt any pressure just to buy. They handled everything with financing, and laid out all the warranty options so that I could make an informed decision. And again, no pressure to just buy. I'm so happy to have Shaheen be my new dealership! EDIT: Wait, what? You greased the door hinges, vacuumed my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, car wash AND I got a fresh carnation with my oil change?

We live in the Lansing area and have three daughters, the youngest age 19 and a sophomore at MSU. Over the years, I've handled the first and second used-car buying exercise with each daughter. I'm also a long-time business owner, so I'm obviously very busy. For each daughter, we used the same process and approach: determine what they would like in a used vehicle, pair that with what we wanted them to have for practical purposes (four- or all-wheel drive for our winters, good safety/crash-test ratings, non-smoker) and set a budget we could afford when it came time to start looking. For the first two daughters, we never had much luck at Shaheen. This time, however, in June we found 2016 Equinox right in our price range. It was super clean, had just 17,000 miles, and checked all our other boxes. The salesman, Keith Walters, was terrific. About a month after buying the car, the A/C stopped working, followed a day or so later by the windshield wiper fluid system conking out. Unfortunately, the bumper-to-bumper warranty had expired about a month before our purchase. We took the car to Shaheen service, where I obviously expressed my strong disappointment with both issues cropping up so soon after purchase and warranty expiration. While the vehicle was being serviced, they put our daughter into a rental so she could get to work. And when the repairs were done, they stepped up and covered everything. We did not have to pay a penny. I've been a loyal Chevy and GM customer for decades. When it comes time for our next new car, I'll definitely give Shaheen a shot as they've earned it. Thanks Keith for being our advocate, and thanks Shaheen for standing behind what you sell.

People are very friendly here! Bought a car from them this year and nothing was high pressure. Felt comfortable the whole time. I like thier service department as well. The waiting room is nice and the shuttle is a great option if you have something that takes a longer appointment. Ann who works customers service in the service department is so friendly!

One of the most positive car buying experiences I've ever had. Rob Lucas is one heck of a guy. Test drove at least 5 vehicles, new and used. Let us know every aspect of buying each car, money and contract wise. Plan to go back again, especially when the lease is up. I've heard this was a great dealership, but didn't know until now. Please go here, at least make a decision for yourself, not just base it on reviews.

I don't like being hounded, especially when you are making a major decision like this you need time and space to think about it. My choice was easy!
