Richie was our salesman and he was amazing! As soon as we walking in we were greeted by other salesman that directed us to Richie. When you can walk into a car dealership and feel like family it just makes the car buying experience that much less stressful! No complaints from my wife and I! We will definitely buy again from Richie and Shaheen Chevrolet! Thanks for an amazing car buying experience and we recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated like family!

Aaron was Great! We were able to do much of the sale over the phone, reducing wait time when picking up the vehicle! Very happy with the negotiated pricing as well! Love the new car!

My cashier was great! She was very pleasant, personable, informative and helpful!! My paperwork indicates that I have a service advisor; however, he never identified himself, never "advised" me about my vehicle, didn't have me sign to authorize service to my vehicle....nothing! I signed authorizing service of vehicle with the cashier after the service was complete. An unidentified man did approach me when I was walking away from the cashier with an offer to purchase my vehicle...this was presented in an unprofessional manner. The only reason I scored this survey as high as I did was because I have had previous experience with Shaheen and MY CASHIER WAS PRETTY DARN AWESOME!!!!

Shaheen Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have come across. I am from the metro Detroit area and my family and I have a dealership we always go to when we need to get a new car/services. I recently moved out to the East Lansing Area and the charging port on my EV Blazer broke. Unfortunately since I couldn’t charge my car I couldn’t go to my regular dealership. I ended up getting referred to shaheen and I am VERY happy I chose to come here. Cameron (Cam) and Jimmy, were so wonderful and kind. From now on when I need a new car or services I plan to come over here! They helped me move all my items out of the loaner vehicle into my vehicle and even charged my car for me fully. I am very appreciative of their kindness and support. DEFINITELY COME HERE!
