I recently worked with Dan Dowker at Shaheen Chevrolet to buy a new vehicle. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process. Dan was very conscientious, informative, patient and respectful. I am a female buyer, and some of the sales reps I contacted previously to Dan, made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about or respected how specific my thoughts were in the details of my next car. Dan never made me feel this way. Dan made me feel like I was the only client he was working with. He was available all the time, prompt communication and I felt he worked very, very hard to find me the vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommended Dan and Shaheen Chevrolet when purchasing your next vehicle. I am very satisfied with my purchase and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I am not usually one to write a review, but I want to express how great of an experience I had with my salesman, Tyler Howe, at Shaheen in Lansing. I ordered a Chevy Trax, to my liking, about six months ago; it was a long wait. Tyler kept me updated about the whereabouts of my new Trax, and along the way, he ensured I was doing what I needed to with my current lease. When my car reached Lansing, Tyler got me in the same day, walked me through the buying process, and eased my mind the entire way. The day my car was delivered to Lansing, I took ownership. Tyler helped make this day possible, helping me build the perfect vehicle from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Tyler and his patience with me. When I got my car, we sat in it, and he went over everything with me; he was very knowledgeable about all my new car's gadgets. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I drove off the lot feeling confident and excited about my new purchase. If anyone is in the market for a car, give Tyler Howe a shout. He goes above and beyond and makes the experience a great one. Micah was awesome; however I would have preferred to not have to wait in my vehicle when being serviced. And in doing so, I found it very unprofessional to have to listen to vulgar language by your team while waiting in my vehicle. That’s not the place when you have customers within earshot.
