my fiancé got his car repaired under warranty, while being fixed he got a call saying he needed a new exhaust pipe since it broke at the flex pipe while replacing the converter (about $700) which is annoying but whatever. what really got us pissed off was that we were told it would be done by the end of the day. after waiting all day with no communication he had to call himself and was told it wouldn’t be done till the next day. the next day he was contacted at 7:44am saying it was done.. (assuming they just didn’t want to finish the paperwork that night leaving us without the car another day). because of work we were not able to get the car until around 5 o’clock. we arrive, he pays the bill, and the car was brought around... still with a solid check engine light on. the service advisor scanned it again and it had the same codes, so we had to leave the car yet another day because the tech already left. next morning we hear that it was an unplugged o2 sensor , meaning it was not properly closed out or test driven. after all of these inconveniences, we were given the paperwork to see the reason written on the invoice was not what we were told. horrible experience and will never be returning.

Awesome service dropped the car off for new tires was told they had to order the tires and they would be in at 3pm and by 4:10pm i had a message stating my vehicle complete and ready for pick up highly recommend

My service technician was great. Service was done in a timely manner. I was told that my thermostat housing was cracked but I never seen the old part also I remember when the diagnosis was never charged when a customer got the vehicle fix at your establishment I just feel that your prices are way too much, so if we can't afford a new Chevy and we can't afford to get the old one fixed no one wins the game. I suggest be different than your competitors and put the customer first,. Would Ralph and the Gm family rather have 5 customers or 5000 customers and stand out from the rest. I say give back and let the people know you really care, I've watched you grow. Well I was just saying I'm very sure this looks like the rest of the US complains.

The customer service was prompt and very helpful. My car was inspected, I chose not to have the repairs done at the dealership. The inspection cost close to 400$. My car is not a specialty car, I feel this price is way too high.

They were nice enough, but it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Vague answers to questions and taking over two days to fix my vehicle without letting me know when I agreed to the work is unacceptable. Also, now my truck vibrates at higher speeds which it did not do before. I will hire someone else to fix that......UPDATE: I contacted this John Feister by email and text a week ago with no response.

As soon as you walk in to the dealership you can see the difference in atmosphere. Unlike other dealerships where the service department is toxic, the service department is extremely professional, dedicated, and service oriented. At this point is looks like they fixed an issue that was misdiagnosed at another dealership. Very pleased with my service and shuttle experience.

I’m so happy I got my 2019 Silverado from Shaheen instead of a private owner. The truck included a bumper to bumper warranty. A service code came up and with one call the truck was scheduled for service and repaired quickly at no cost to me. Great job.

No one even acknowledged me after pulling into the service bay. There was a group of about 3 guys standing around talking to each other. After close to 5 minutes of being there, one of them came over to me and said my service adviser would be over shortly. When he did arrive to check my car in, he was clearly preoccupied with taking care of other things as he took my info. He was nice and cordial but seemed to have a lot of things on his plate. I brought my car in the evening before my 0745 the next day. At 4:45 pm the next day I had not heard anything on the progress of my vehicle and the text app said it was still in inspection stage. I called to see what was going on and was told that the technician got caught up on something else. I understand that things happen and was not angry at that. However, if my car was going to be held overnight, I'd have appreciated someone calling/informing me prior to it being so late so that I could have made alternative transportation plans. The next day I was contacted and told that my vehicle had been inspected and that I needed to make arrangements to have my car towed.I panicked a bit and asked why? It was a mistake and the service adviser realized and apologized. I bought my Cadillac from the Chevy used cars and have had it serviced at the Cadillac service center. I never had any problem with their service but realize maybe its because its Cadillac. So overall, my experience with the Chevy service was nothing to rave about. Though this was not the worst experience ever, there was enough there that I will try one of the other local Chevy service centers next time for repairs.

We were treated unbelievably well. Our 2024 Terrain transmission went out. We bought it at Crippen, they said they didn’t have a mechanic to repair it, and they would take it to a Shaheen mechanic. After weeks of not getting real answers, not getting our calls and texts answered, our car finally was taken to Shaheen. Less than two days, and constant updates from Payton our car was repaired. The mechanic Randy, even talked to us explaining what the problem was and how the repair was done. Five stars aren’t enough for our experience with Shaheen.

Came in to buy an older truck and had a great experience my contact person there was Roger super nice very knowledgeable we took the truck out for a test drive I was a little concerned about rust underneath it he said we'll go throw it on the hoist and take a look I mean who does that you don't get that from them little mom and pop sideshows these dealerships really are great picked up the truck today gassed up washed tires aired up and a little box of candies great service would recommend them everyday five stars.

After spending 75k on a vehicle and having an issue that led to a simple $200 repair (still in warranty) Shaheen was unwilling to make it right. I really enjoyed my experience purchasing a vehicle with their team, but unfortunately on the back end when you expect a company to actually be a support they did not come through. A huge disappointment and really taints the Shaheen brand. Their team was not willing to go the extra mile on something so small. It wasn’t about the money it was about making it right on a mistake they clearly should have been help accountable for. If you are looking for a dealership that is willing to “sell you” and sweep you off your feet but not hold true to their word on the back end this is the dealership for you. Super disappointed and I’m sure I am not the only person they have treated this way. As a business owner that buys a brand new vehicle every 2 years (cash) I’ll be going elsewhere.

So took my car in for service.. I think the fixed the problem..? Said I need something else that wasn’t under warranty.. I was like what ?? 1399.00 worth ? Car less then 20k 2 years old .. took to a independent shop .. didn’t need the work? The service guy lied to me .. be aware of this only take for warnty.i see why their service has no bizz .. maybe don’t do as many tv commercials and work on your bizz .. I wish I didn’t buy a car from here ..shady

Terrible, we had our Suburban fixed, went to pick it up, they had to jumpstart the vehicle, the service man and manager stated, “Oh is fine just drive it home and leave it run for a while!” So we did. The next day we could not start the vehicle, tried to jumpstart, not working. Changed the battery still not working had a mechanic come out to look at it and the battery harness had a short/crack in one of the metal plates, had to replace the harness. Shaheen should do a better job at looking at problems and identifying them when cars are in the shop. Thanks

I recently had an auto insurance claim. Starting with Rob Husulak my Diversified Insurance Commercial Account Manager who processed my claim promptly. Next Auto-Owners right away gave me a call with my claim number saying it was Ok to proceed with my repair. Brought my vehicle to Shaheen Chevy collision where they wrote the Auto owner estimate and set up a time for the repairs. They did a beautiful job on my vehicle! Enterprise car rental picked me up and provided a nice vehicle while mine was repaired. When picking up my car I could leave the rental with Shaheen for Enterprise to pickup. The level of coordination between all 4 parties was awesome and made my experience as pain free and convenient as it possibly could be. An A+ to all 4 companies for a job well done!

My car was in for repair/a new engine. The service department did not submit the claim for three days according to Zurich our warranty company. Communication was extremely poor. I was not kept informed of the status of the repair. It took them four weeks to complete. I understand the lag time in getting parts, etc. added to the time frame. My advisor, Matthew Mile's was pleasant but not dependable when he promised to call me. In that, I'm very disappointed. All other employees who took my calls were pleasant. This was our seventh vehicle purchased at this dealership. At this point we have not decided if we will purchase from this dealership in the future. My car runs great and I hope it continues to do so. I feel this advisor needs additional training in communicating with customers and how to follow through. Finally, a very disappointed customer.

Gage was amazing from the moment I drove up to my appointment entrance at 9 am until I left at 10:30. He answered every question I had, as I had a need for tire replacement that was not expected. Gage went above and beyond to make it happen so I could get my tires replaced that same day. He stayed with me with a rim was tested to determine if I would have to order a new rim, due to a major tire puncture that caused my tire to be unrepairable. Gage has been my lead go to before and I absolutely appreciated his support and understanding to seek the best option for me!

It took 4 weeks to get my car back. 2 weeks was because of the Insurance and the other 2 weeks was Shaheen getting all my parts that I needed, to paint it, and to clean it up to look nice. I am over all happy to have my car back but also happy how much work they put in to it and to make it look like the deer never hit my car. I had no doubt they wouldn't do a good job. I trust Shaheen Employees. It's a good company and good people to work with.

Not only did they make sure that my car was in excellent shape upon repair but I was also able to drop the car off a bit after closing time. I felt horrible for not realizing their hours but Adam reassured me that everything was fine. He so graciously took care of me from the beginning. Adam took the time to explain and break down what was being done to my vehicle and also answered my other questions. He made sure I walked away feeling acknowledged.
