Came in to buy an older truck and had a great experience my contact person there was Roger super nice very knowledgeable we took the truck out for a test drive I was a little concerned about rust underneath it he said we'll go throw it on the hoist and take a look I mean who does that you don't get that from them little mom and pop sideshows these dealerships really are great picked up the truck today gassed up washed tires aired up and a little box of candies great service would recommend them everyday five stars.

I first found the Shaheen of Lansing Dealership by searching for a new car online. I am from the Grand Blanc area and after seeing their listing for one of their cars, I decided to call make a trip out there. It was, by far, the best decision! Their customer service was unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. From the moment I showed up they made me feel like a priority and had the car up front and ready for me to look at/ test drive. I worked with Roger who went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. On the financial side, I worked with Trae who was so kind and definitely had my best interest in mind when qualifying me for loans. They were able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership to anyone.
