Dave picked me up at the airport and sold me a Camaro ss. The staff over there was very nice friendly and professional. I flew out from Ma picked up the car and drove it home and most importantly I left the dealership not feeling like I got scammed or taken advantage of. Just bought a new Malibu from Lenny Ezzo. He's very personable and his customer service is 2nd to no one. I will refer anyone looking for a new car to him. Funny side note; after leaving new my car with them to have leather seat covers installed, they gave me a loaner vehicle. The work was done a day early, which was great. In my way to return the loaner and pick up my car, there was a devastating fatal accident on I96. By the time I reached Shaheen, I was admittedly distracted and accidentally left my golf clubs in the loaner car's trunk. I didn't realize this until the next Sunday as I was preparing for Monday nights indoor golf league. I texted Lenny thinking I would not hear from him until Monday. He responded immediately, and said he would alert Jason Cords (GM?). When I called Jason Monday morning, he had my clubs in his office. I will forever be grateful and am committed to buying only from Shaheen from now on. THANK YOU LENNY AND JASON!

If it weren’t for Derrick Kopulos, my Shaheen experience would have been subpar. My husband and I accidentally went to the Cadillac building first where we were greeted by a salesperson who was not too eager to help us (we’re clearly not in the Cadillac price point). Thankfully, the receptionist was polite and pointed us to the Chevrolet building. Derrick greeted us with a huge smile and was more than happy to help us. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and never pressured us to look at more expensive options. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. He was eager to let us look at vehicles on the lot and test drive one, despite knowing that we were just beginning our search and still wanted to look at other manufacturers. He kept open communication with us via text throughout the process, and he was genuinely supportive and kind when we ultimately purchased a vehicle from another manufacturer.
