Shaheen dealership experience was great. We drove from Brighton to Lansing because their used car inventory is so large and honestly superior to anything in the Detroit area. Our salesperson, Jordan Schmaltz, was fantastic. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Emily Shaffer was very affable and helpful. I purchased a previously owned Equinox from her establishment. She was attentive and addressed my questions and my concerns, and I never felt pressured whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I experienced an issue with my vehicle, which my right-hand mirror inexplicably became loose, while in transit to work. I quickly called Emily and explained my plight, and she advised me what to do next. She stayed in contact with me during the process of ascertaining a solution, and in a short amount of time, my dilemma was resolved.
