As soon as you walk in to the dealership you can see the difference in atmosphere. Unlike other dealerships where the service department is toxic, the service department is extremely professional, dedicated, and service oriented. At this point is looks like they fixed an issue that was misdiagnosed at another dealership. Very pleased with my service and shuttle experience.

My salesman, Joe Haidamous, made this the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was buying a used car and he found a perfect car for me because he listened to everything I asked for. He explained everything very clearly and made getting through the paperwork very clear and simple, and there is a lot of it! I was able to find my car, test drive it, turned in my old car and I drove my 2025 Equinox LT home the SAME DAY! He walked me around the facility to show me where I would go for whatever I might need and introduced me to some of the folks who would be doing regular maintenance. We buy our cars at Shaheen because of the service that is provided. The salesman we had was Logan and he went over and above helping us with our purchase. When I couldn't make it into the showroom because of an injury I had, he delivered the car to us at our home that we were interested in. Logan even took our truck for a trade in appraisal. We didn't purchase the car at the time but about a week later we purchased another one. We had asked for a little bit more for the trade in and he delivered. We got the car for the price that we wanted to pay. We will always seek out Logan the next time we need to purchase a car.

He answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the features in my new 2026 Chevy Traverse Z71 (which I absolutely love!), made sure that the couple of shallow scratches on the drivers side door were buffed out before I had the keys in my hand and he delivered it right to my front door! He made the purchase fun, zero stress, helped set up a service appointment to get my running boards installed and followed up with me to make sure I was all taken care of. Shaheen Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have come across. I am from the metro Detroit area and my family and I have a dealership we always go to when we need to get a new car/services. I recently moved out to the East Lansing Area and the charging port on my EV Blazer broke. Unfortunately since I couldn’t charge my car I couldn’t go to my regular dealership. I ended up getting referred to shaheen and I am VERY happy I chose to come here. Cameron (Cam) and Jimmy, were so wonderful and kind. From now on when I need a new car or services I plan to come over here! They helped me move all my items out of the loaner vehicle into my vehicle and even charged my car for me fully. I am very appreciative of their kindness and support. DEFINITELY COME HERE!

Salesman, ZACK, made the purchase so easy. The experience was VERY good n comfortable. Sales Manager, Mike, stopped by the cubicle to see how I liked the car n assured that I was in good hands. Ryan, the Finance Manager understood my situation n explained to me all about the warranties and their importance. Not pushy at all. There is just something about walking out to a new truck at the end of a long work day!!! My day was filled with meetings and testing new software at my work so it didn't leave me much time to pick up the truck. Christopher Paulik Came out and delivered it right to my normal parking spot!! Talk about amazing customer service!! You won't find dedication, commitment or tenacity like that anywhere else. I’ve been seeing Shaheen everywhere in EL and figured this was the spot to look at Chevys and their lot is HUGE. Came in wanting to check out the new 2024 Chevy Traxs. I was looking for an SUV that wasn’t so big like an equinox+ and was very budget friendly, but was worried this might be too cramped like a suburu crosstrek. There was only one demo on the lot as they were getting sold out the second the arrived. Rob was great and didn’t go through numbers, or financing etc before actually letting me look at the vehicle and test driving it. The car fit me like a glove! He was super relaxed and didn’t pressure you into buying anything or pressure you towards a certain vehicle, which I experienced at the previous dealership I was at in the area. Afterwards we went through the process of seeing what was available (with the colors and trim I liked) and when it was available and seeing if I needed to be on a waitlist. Rob went above and beyond seeing where the actual freight was and it showed instead of the vehicle just leaving GM that it was delivered that day, so I was able to forgo the $500 hold and get the car the next day! Rob even texted me pictures of the car when the car actually arrived from the pre inspection site! And when it was time to pick it up he showed me it first before doing paperwork and afterwards showed me all of the features/ where everything was on the car. So overall Definitely a great experience getting my first new car. Out with the 15+ year old cars and in with this new baby!
