Call me crazy, I flew on a plane from Massachusetts to this dealership to look at a car. They had a 2010 mustang gt for sale that caught my wife’s eye. Keith the salesman was nice enough to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. The level of professionalism in this place was top notch! I liked the hospitality and welcoming they offered, while I was trying to make this purchase as fast as possible since I had a 13 hour ride home! Buying a used car can sometimes be a gamble especially on a 14 year old car. Being a car guy and owning mustangs over 20 years, I knew this was a car that was well taken care of. I made it home with no problems. At this moment the car sits in the garage receiving a few mods while we wait for spring. Could it have problems in the future? Anything is possible it’s a 14 year old car with no warranty! But we knew that when we bought it. I feel this dealership has a reputation to keep and at these difficult times would take all necessary precautions to ensure a customer is going to be happy. They have my respect and would get my business if I was closer and interested in purchasing a vehicle. I know not every sale is perfect, things happen, but that’s something you can’t control. Sometimes you need to take a chance, regardless to what this review or any others wrote. Thanks guys for making this a pleasant experience!!!

From start to finish Richie took really great care of me. He listed to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, he was very respectful about my time and finances. He was extremely personable and made my car buying experience one for the books! I'm so happy I was referred to him, he made my car buying experience so easy and smooth. I walked in meeting a stranger and walked out feeling like I made a friend! More than you typical car salesman! I want to share how great of a car buying experience we had at Shaheen, from the initial phone call all the way to leaving the lot - we could not have had a better experience from this dealership. The fantastic customer service and overall inviting environment that Shaheen has, is something that’s not often found in any industry these days. We have worked with a lot of Michigan dealers and I am so grateful and thankful to have worked with our salesperson Reuben Martinez at Shaheen Chevrolet, for the purchase of our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. We were delighted to work with Chris Davis, the Business Manager as well, who gave us so many additional options for additional warranties and optional coverages on the new vehicle. What a great team we had! Reuben was patient and kind, and had such a wonderful and engaging personality. He was very transparent with the wait times for a vehicle order, and kept us updated through the process… as our vehicle was approved for production, went to production, and even reached out to let us know ahead of our delivery date! It’s for this fantastic service from Reuben and Chris - that I highly recommend Shaheen to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, but especially recommended them for anyone looking to order a custom vehicle.
