We buy our cars at Shaheen because of the service that is provided. The salesman we had was Logan and he went over and above helping us with our purchase. When I couldn't make it into the showroom because of an injury I had, he delivered the car to us at our home that we were interested in. Logan even took our truck for a trade in appraisal. We didn't purchase the car at the time but about a week later we purchased another one. We had asked for a little bit more for the trade in and he delivered. We got the car for the price that we wanted to pay. We will always seek out Logan the next time we need to purchase a car.

Wonderful experience, Jacqueline Rhine is where it's at! She is amazing to work with, car was on order since March, got it in July.... She kept me updated every couple weeks. We had been approved for an auto loan through our bank and were waiting for the dealership to finalize the process so the bank could issue the check. Everything was in order on our end. After some discussion, we were persuaded to consider a different option for what we were told could be a better deal. Several hours later, we were informed that the dealership could not provide a better offer; by that time, the bank was closed. We were then notified that the vehicle had a check engine light and was in the service department. Unfortunately, due to poor and inconsistent communication throughout this process, the dealership lost a confirmed sale. I called back today to check on another vehicle and express my frustration with them just to be told I'd get a call back, with it being hours later and no call. I'm very disappointed as this has been our families go to for vehicles, especially with our history in GM workers. I will never recommend this place again as it has completely turned shady and unprofessional.
