After my boyfriend had a terrible buying experience at Graff of Okemos, I decided to look at other Chevy dealers in the Lansing area. This is my first time buying a car and Tobbie Lansdell has been the biggest help in answering all of my questions (I have a LOT of them) and has been the most patient and helpful person in explaining everything to me. Not once was he ever pushy or made me feel pressured in any way, shape, or form. He even was willing to stay after closing time on a Friday to ensure I had a proper test drive and walked through the vehicle features with me (I never had a car newer than 2011 and had no idea how any of the features worked). This spoke volumes since I do not live in the area and even after I told him I could come back another Friday, he made sure I felt taken care of and knew what I was going to get for buying the Trax I had my eye on. Even after I signed all the papers and paid the deposit, he reached out to me and asked if I was enjoying my new car and took the time to answer all of my questions then too. I cannot recommend Shaheen or Tobbie enough and will 100% be coming back for future purchases!

Vast recognition to Jordan & Sierra for making my experience with Shaheen was very quick, easy, and straightforward. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions, Jordan was very patient and knowledgeable he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and walk me through the buying process. I expected a lot better. I had an appointment with Hayden i think his name was and when i walked in Brent Cram decided to work with me instead. And when we sat down Brent started to ask me question and it felt like an interrogation. He was rude, unprofessional, talking about how bad his kids are and made car shopping super stressful. He tried to take advantage of a kid who was buying his first new car. also He kept telling me how much he doesn't car if i buy a vehicle or not and it was super rude. I wish Hayden would have been my salesmen like the original plan. The one time i did talk to Hayden he was super nice and respectful. offered me coffee and water and was super respectful. I'm not rating Shaheen 1 star because I'm sure they have a lot nicer salesmen, I'm rating my salesman Brent 1 star. Go to Feldman... They are a lot more friendly and don't interrogate people.

I don't like being hounded, especially when you are making a major decision like this you need time and space to think about it. My choice was easy!
