Zack Fouts was our sales associate and I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience for my daughter. He found her the perfect vehicle, got us in the right price range, and when I left my car running with the a/c on because my dogs were inside and ran out of gas, he walked around the campus until he found a gas can to fill so I didn't have to call a tow truck. If you're looking for truly kind and personal customer service from people who actually care about the job they're doing, this is the place! Salesman, ZACK, made the purchase so easy. The experience was VERY good n comfortable. Sales Manager, Mike, stopped by the cubicle to see how I liked the car n assured that I was in good hands. Ryan, the Finance Manager understood my situation n explained to me all about the warranties and their importance. Not pushy at all. I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off!
