He was welcoming to our 3 toddlers and made sure both my wife and I got a good look at the car. Buying is never a simple process but John worked to keep the experience efficient and pleasant. I’m so happy I got my 2019 Silverado from Shaheen instead of a private owner. The truck included a bumper to bumper warranty. A service code came up and with one call the truck was scheduled for service and repaired quickly at no cost to me. Great job.

I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.
