My salesman, Joe Haidamous, made this the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was buying a used car and he found a perfect car for me because he listened to everything I asked for. He explained everything very clearly and made getting through the paperwork very clear and simple, and there is a lot of it! I was able to find my car, test drive it, turned in my old car and I drove my 2025 Equinox LT home the SAME DAY! He walked me around the facility to show me where I would go for whatever I might need and introduced me to some of the folks who would be doing regular maintenance. Joe was both professional and personal and has encouraged me to reach out to him with any questions or issues.. Honestly, on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give him a 100!

I want to share how great of a car buying experience we had at Shaheen, from the initial phone call all the way to leaving the lot - we could not have had a better experience from this dealership. The fantastic customer service and overall inviting environment that Shaheen has, is something that’s not often found in any industry these days. We have worked with a lot of Michigan dealers and I am so grateful and thankful to have worked with our salesperson Reuben Martinez at Shaheen Chevrolet, for the purchase of our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. We were delighted to work with Chris Davis, the Business Manager as well, who gave us so many additional options for additional warranties and optional coverages on the new vehicle. What a great team we had! Reuben was patient and kind, and had such a wonderful and engaging personality. He was very transparent with the wait times for a vehicle order, and kept us updated through the process… as our vehicle was approved for production, went to production, and even reached out to let us know ahead of our delivery date!
