I had scheduled 7:00 am oil change. Ended up at 1st up, 2nd bay. First thing I noticed was all employees inside were in proper work stations (very impressive)! 2nd thing I noticed is the garage doors opened precisely at 7:00 am. The building and bays were vey clean. My encounter with my oil change rep. explained all aspects of steps thoroughly, and professionally. The payment went smoothly and quickly. Only concern I feel I must share is the cost. I’m thankful for the coupons that are sent to me.

So took my car in for service.. I think the fixed the problem..? Said I need something else that wasn’t under warranty.. I was like what ?? 1399.00 worth ? Car less then 20k 2 years old .. took to a independent shop .. didn’t need the work? The service guy lied to me .. be aware of this only take for warnty.i see why their service has no bizz .. maybe don’t do as many tv commercials and work on your bizz .. I wish I didn’t buy a car from here ..shady

Oil change went well. Really attentive & professional young man did the work. Add on for mobile 1 oil was a bit pricey. Found out after, they let you bring in some things like your own filter to save$. Maybe your own mobile1 oil? Not sure. Took an hour. Overall good experience. Waiting room is nice. Free car wash after is a nice perk.

2 stars only because of the amount of clean nice used vehicles they have on the lot. Roger Hicks was nice and decent throughout the process until he heard we had our own financing and declined the offer to have the dealership do it. Hardly any words were spoken after this doing paper work, then came the time to discuss the agreement on the price of the vehicle. As most do I tried to negotiate a price that I felt was right for me and also them. He immediately got the sales manager Mike Herhold and after their discussions Mike became very hostile and aggressive about the situation and instead of working with me, he just deducted the add ons that they put on with out even asking me and not the price of the vehicle. I negotiated more. Mike Herhold then looked my wife in the eyes 6-8 inches away ( mind you I was purchasing the vehicle) and asked “ ARE YOU MAD AT YOUR MONEY?!” Luckily for them I loved the truck I was looking at and purchased it. If it had not been that truck I would’ve walked the second he said that to my wife. Way below the professionalism standard that I have been given while working with other businesses and dealerships. If that’s the way the top of the chain operates i can see why Roger has very little to no people/sales skills. Be aware and if youre directed to those individuals I would recommend asking for another sales member to increase your opportunity for a great experience.

I had the best experience at Shaheen Chevrolet! My salesman Chris Paulik did an amazing job. I was trying to turn in a lease early and had to roll over that money into my new truck. I came to Chris and he tried everything to keep my payment where I needed it. It seemed like it just wasn’t going to work out, but yesterday Chris contacted me and asked me to come in and test drive a new truck and he was going to work on the numbers for me. I go in and test drive a 2024 Colorado and loved it. Chris had the price for me and I was amazed it was within my price range. We moved forward with the deal. The whole process went fast and Chris was professional and knowledgeable! I couldn’t thank him enough. I also have to give a huge shout out to business manager and Chris. They both help get me a huge deal on extras for my truck. If you need a great salesman go see Chris Paulik!

Had a great time working with Dave Hanna. The used car market has been tight and no other dealerships were able to negotiate. However, when I told Dave my price he was willing to actually have a discussion. On principal alone I decided to make my purchase here. Go see the used car guys. They are great. As with all dealerships, they try to sell you on the warranty. Not a huge fan of that and they did suggest I put it on a credit card. Dave Ramsey would be disappointed. No need to go into debt out of fear. However, that’s their job. So I understand. Overall, someone should give Dave (and Matt his manager) recognition for the great work they did. Thanks guys!
