I was very impressed with turnaround time for this particular job. I wasn't thrilled that it was something that had been repaired within the last 6 months. But my vehicle was ready the next day. I was very surprised and it made our vehicle situation much more manageable.

Went to Shaheen Chevrolet when my low air tire warning light came on. Tony & Mak were very helpful in getting me in quickly and repairing a tire that had a little nail in it. Mak also reset my tire sensors as they had somehow gotten turned around in the computer.

Service was a nightmare. I scheduled an apt. and it took them 4 weeks and 4 days before I got my truck back. Can't believe anything they tell you. There's not enough space to cover how dissatisfied I am.

Steve, the nightmare was working with the extended warranty company, not our service team. We called the warranty company and were on the phone with them for 6 hours over a two-day period, they finally agreed to pay for half of the claims. Because there was a VIN discrepancy on your truck it held up the process. We agreed you’d bring the truck back when parts were ready, a week later you came in for a transmission issue, which we diagnosed, again, we fought for you on the warranty claim and they covered it 100% but we had to use their supplier, which created another delay. Cam Garza, the Service Advisor included you on a speaker phone call with the extended warranty company stating they had just processed the shipment of the transmission and that was days after we were supposed to have already received it. We kept you informed throughout the entire process and spent hours on the phone with the extended warranty company. We apologize that there were delays out of our control. Thank you.

I travel for work so when it comes to getting any work done or even an oil change it’s hard to find somewhere that can get me done in 1-2days so I can get back to work. Jason helped me get in and out in the same day. Now I’m not saying it still didn’t take a few hours after dropping my vehicle off at 8:30-9am I was out of there by 3-4pm. What took the longest was waiting on the part I needed to get there but while I was waiting the employees were very helpful and accommodating.

Worst service experience I’ve had.. I was told my recall was a 2 to 2 1/2 hour job . I got a 8 am appt. I dropped the truck off the night before.. no call to update on the progress.. I had to call several times just to be told me truck had never even been started …. I go to get a loaner they tell me tomorrow… They open at 8:30 I called at 10 to see when I should be there .. was told it still hadn’t been started … not sure as a customer what else your supposed to do .. I had appt dropped the vehicle the night before… had purchased over 8 new vehicles here never again

The vehicle was not finished on Friday, the Service Advisor gave you a loaner on Friday, the vehicle would be finished on Saturday afternoon. You called at 10 am on Saturday stating you didn't want to take the loaner vehicle out of town, otherwise your vehicle would have been ready for pickup on Saturday. I sold my car to Shaheen. Steve Jackson, the used car director was able to offer me their best after I sent photos and the vehicle information over the phone. I brought it in a few days later to him to officially sell it and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Very quick process and I thank Steve for giving me the best deal and making it so efficient! If I ever go to a dealership again (specifically Chevy) I'll be coming back to Shaheen for sure.

While traveling for work, I found myself with a DEF issue on my 2016 Colorado diesel that I purchased used from Shaheen a couple years prior. Called them and they were able to schedule me in that morning and expedite the process knowing that I would have to wait for it. Matt explained the flat diagnostic fee to me and when it came time to check out I was pleasantly surprised that the issue was resolved with no additional charges.

Gage was amazing from the moment I drove up to my appointment entrance at 9 am until I left at 10:30. He answered every question I had, as I had a need for tire replacement that was not expected. Gage went above and beyond to make it happen so I could get my tires replaced that same day. He stayed with me with a rim was tested to determine if I would have to order a new rim, due to a major tire puncture that caused my tire to be unrepairable. Gage has been my lead go to before and I absolutely appreciated his support and understanding to seek the best option for me!

My wife had a 1:00pm appointment to have your tires changed out and a oil change it was after 3:00pm and they had still not gotten the car done three people were sitting around looking at a Corvette and one person was doing the work on my wife's car so much for making an appointment. They did not charger her for the tires being changed to make up for it
