I had already checked online and already knew I wanted this beaut, but we’d done a lot with our credit with our move and I didn’t know if we’d be approved. Went in for an oil change on our perfectly good truck and left with a new truck...that's how AWESOME this dealership is. Our salesman, Rich, was more then helpful and spent a lot of time with us without even a sigh on a very busy Saturday. The manager, Tad, literally jumped through hoops to get us the perfect truck at the lowest price and spent a lot of time on us as well which is not usual at a dealership in my experience. Ryan in finance was more than helpful and worked out awesome deals for us on protection services for our new truck. I buy A LOT of vehicles and this by far was the best experience. I also love the fact that literally everything is available in one area; sales, service, oil change, and even car wash!!

I bought my Avalanche from Shaheen in 2002, and drove it for 263,000 miles until the wheels were about falling off. We stopped back in last weekend just to check out a used Silverado (2021). I wasn't really expecting to buy and was actually looking for something a little older. Tad and Ken made me an offer on it, which I had to think about. After checking with several people who have more experience buying vehicles than I do (it's been 20 years!) I understood this was probably the best bargain I was going to find. I was glad to be able to trade the Avalanche back in to where she came from, I love that truck and will miss it greatly. But I'm excited about the Silverado. The more I drive it the more I appreciate having something new. Shaheen has been good to me and it's nice to work with a local business.

Last night I had the pleasure to meet and work with the Shaheen Family in Lansing. I had been looking for a specific truck throughout the country. I found one on their website. Filled out Credit app. Chris Wilfong gave me a call and we worked through the process over the phone and through text. Upon arrival, Chris met me at the door. Introduced me to Sales-Manager, Tad Tuckerman and l was off for a test drive. When I got back, we went over paperwork with Mark and Tad. Headed back to financing with Jim Himebaugh. I bought a vehicle at Shaheen a couple weeks ago - so my review is a little bit late. But honestly? Great experience. I walked in without an appointment on a really busy Saturday afternoon, but Jake was happy to chat with me about the compact SUVs I had my eye on. I tried a Chevy Trax, and it was good - but I tried a Buick Encore and it was BETTER. :) Jake and Tad answered any questions I had and treated me like an intelligent human - which wasn't the case in other car shopping I'd done elsewhere. By the following Monday I was driving home in my new (to me) Buick Encore. Thanks guys!

First I want to say the employees of Shaheen are great people to work with. Dylan Sells is a great salesperson who went out of his way to help us out . His sales manager Tad and finance manager Ryan were great also. The only complaint we had with the whole process was what the definition of fixed is. There was a chip in the windshield that we were advised would be fixed. We thought that meant the crack in the glass would be gone. The fix was to put resin on the chip and leave the “legs” in the windshield. While it can not be seen from the outside of the car it can definitely be seen from the inside. I recommend the sales people we dealt with and I also recommend if you need something fixed you verify what their definition of fixed is.

I inquired about a car I found on Cars.com, Ashley responded to my inquiry within minutes She was very helpful and made sure that the vehicle would be available when we arrived on Saturday.
