I bought a vehicle at Shaheen a couple weeks ago - so my review is a little bit late. But honestly? Great experience. I walked in without an appointment on a really busy Saturday afternoon, but Jake was happy to chat with me about the compact SUVs I had my eye on. I tried a Chevy Trax, and it was good - but I tried a Buick Encore and it was BETTER. :) Jake and Tad answered any questions I had and treated me like an intelligent human - which wasn't the case in other car shopping I'd done elsewhere. By the following Monday I was driving home in my new (to me) Buick Encore. Thanks guys!

This car was the second my family has purchased from Shaheen and we returned to the dealership specifically because our previous experience was excellent. This time was no different. Keith Walters was a wonderful sales associate: knowledgeable, patient, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond, and past closing time, to assist us, and we are thrilled with our car. Ryan Faber was a huge help when we handled financing and the details of our contract, also staying past closing time to assist us and taking the time to make sure we understood the details.

I would recommend Shaheen Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car. I inquired about a car I found on Cars.com, Ashley responded to my inquiry within minutes She was very helpful and made sure that the vehicle would be available when we arrived on Saturday. When we arrived we were greeted by Dave who was extremely helpful, courteous and willing to go the extra mile for us. Once we decided to move forward he introduced us to Tad, the manager, who worked with us on price and meeting our budget. The entire process for us only took 2 hours, no pressure, no hassle! I will definitely keep them in mind for my next car!!

I hate car shopping. But Tyler and everyone at Shaheen made it the best experience yet. It was quick, sufficient, and easy. I messaged Tyler my budget and requirements. He sent me back a couple of cars that fit perfectly. I found one that I liked and then he started the paperwork before I ever set a foot at the dealership. He knew I didn't have a lot of time to spend, so he had everything ready for me. I arrived at the dealership, took a quick test drive and I loved the car more than I thought I would. The paperwork was a quick and easy process with Tyler and Chris from the billing department. I was in and out within an hour! I drove over 2 hours away to buy my car at Shaheen and I would do it again.
