We were greeted upon walking in, asked if we'd like coffee, and shown the office we would meet our salesperson at. Rob Lucas again greeted us, shaking our hands. He was very professional, yet friendly and easy-going. He answered all of our questions, even took the time to show us every single possibility we had regarding releasing, buying out our lease, buying new, turning in, etc... comparing several different vehicles. I had no plans to drive away in a new truck yesterday but did. I did not feel one ounce of pressure, being pushed, or coerced by Rob, to buy that day. He made the experience fun, and by giving (and showing) us every possible choice, I felt confident in our purchase. There was not a bit of buyers remorse. We will be back to see him again!

I expected a lot better. I had an appointment with Hayden i think his name was and when i walked in Brent Cram decided to work with me instead. And when we sat down Brent started to ask me question and it felt like an interrogation. He was rude, unprofessional, talking about how bad his kids are and made car shopping super stressful. He tried to take advantage of a kid who was buying his first new car. also He kept telling me how much he doesn't car if i buy a vehicle or not and it was super rude. I wish Hayden would have been my salesmen like the original plan. The one time i did talk to Hayden he was super nice and respectful. offered me coffee and water and was super respectful. I'm not rating Shaheen 1 star because I'm sure they have a lot nicer salesmen, I'm rating my salesman Brent 1 star. Go to Feldman... They are a lot more friendly and don't interrogate people.

Devan was literally the best! Honest, communicates with integrity and extremely thorough. I have not felt as certain and comfortable with financing a vehicle then today. Above and beyond the title of Salesman, Devan has my business for years to come!

Jake Haner was a great salesperson! He was attentive to our needs and really was there for us, every step of the way, when we bought our new car. The entire process went very smoothly and efficiently, and the turnaround time from my first walking into the dealership to the moment I drove my new car off the lot, was only about 72 hours--and that's with a Sunday figured in! We will definitely look to Shaheen--and Jake--for our future car-buying needs.
