The entire process went very smoothly and efficiently, and the turnaround time from my first walking into the dealership to the moment I drove my new car off the lot, was only about 72 hours--and that's with a Sunday figured in! "I’m back to update my review from 5 years ago because I just bought another car from Jack Van Pelt at Shaheen Chevrolet. I’ve been buying GM products for over 40 years, and I can honestly say Jack is 'The Man.' My last car was a 2020 Equinox, and this time I upgraded to the 2026 Equinox EV. The leap in technology is absolutely incredible—from the massive 17.7-inch screen to the smooth electric drive, it feels like a total revolution compared to my last one. Just like last time, Jack was zero-pressure. Even when we were narrowing down exactly what we wanted, he was patient and found the perfect match. We went after work to look at a new vehicle for my wife. Brent Cram came out to meet us. It was close to their close time of 6pm. He showed us several vehicles until almost 7:30pm. We went back Saturday and bought this beauty from with Brent as our salesman. It was a great experience and my wife is super excited!
