We buy our cars at Shaheen because of the service that is provided. The salesman we had was Logan and he went over and above helping us with our purchase. When I couldn't make it into the showroom because of an injury I had, he delivered the car to us at our home that we were interested in. Logan even took our truck for a trade in appraisal. We didn't purchase the car at the time but about a week later we purchased another one. We had asked for a little bit more for the trade in and he delivered. We got the car for the price that we wanted to pay. We will always seek out Logan the next time we need to purchase a car.

We went in knowing what we needed/wanted, and Logan was able to deliver. This new vehicle has more features than our last purchase, so it was great that Logan was willing and able to sit and show us how everything worked. This is our second vehicle purchased from Logan at Shaheen, and it won't be the last. Original Review, October 2021: We were on the market for a new Traverse, and got to the point that we started cold calling dealerships to see if they had any on order that had not been sold. I left my information with Shaheen, and received a call back from Logan Willbanks that same day. Logan was great from start to finish, and even asked if I had a Costco membership so I could get additional discounts. When it came to financing they found us the best rate, and weren't too pushy with additional warranties, which was refreshing. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle from Logan and Shaheen, and it won't be the last. Highly recommend!

I went to meet with my salesman Logan Willbanks and when I walked through the sales door I was greeted by a gentleman who made sure I was taken care of by someone and he asked if he could get us water or coffee which to me made me have the feeling that they really care about their customers. Logan was very knowledgeable and understanding about what I wanted and we got everything done very quickly. My vehicle is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Logan also helped explaining all the features inside the car and hooking my phone to the car for me which I thought was pretty neat. Logan in my eyes is a very good salesman who makes sure you are satisfied and understand everything about your new vehicle, if you have any questions after you leave he says to call him and he will help you out. I am very pleased with buying my new vehicle from Sheehan Chevrolet and would recommend them to anyone.

The oil change place is awesome. However I would not recommend sales. When Ted was my salesperson he was great however since he left, the last time I came in to lease/buy my car, it was like no one wanted to help me Finley after 4 people I got dumped on Logan. He was nice to me. But I felt like the same old it’s a boys club and I am women-don’t help her and sell her things she doesn’t want!!!!!
