I recently purchased a brand-new Chevrolet Traverse Z71 from Shaheen Chevrolet. Unfortunately, my initial experience was less than ideal, as I felt ignored by the sales staff during my first visit. When I returned to take possession of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper that had not been there during my test drive the previous day. Jeff, a sales manager, incorrectly stated that the scratch came from the manufacturer. That said, Taegan Hoffman was the saving grace of the entire experience. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine dedication to customer service were outstanding. Taegan made me feel valued and supported throughout the process. Moving forward, I hope Shaheen Chevrolet takes steps to ensure that all staff are trained to respect every customer who walks through the door—regardless of appearance or assumptions. Every customer should feel welcomed, not judged, and as though they are the only customer in the showroom. Creating a consistently inclusive and attentive experience will only strengthen Shaheen’s reputation and customer relationships.
