I had a great experience at Shaheen. My sales associate, Brent, was courteous, patient and informative. He made the entire process fast and efficient but never rushed; I felt that I had time to ask all my questions and that he was invested in making sure it was a smooth process start to finish. The finance associate, Ryan, was equally as kind and patient and truly seemed to enjoy his work and helping people. Everyone else I encountered there was pleasant and friendly and it turned what can be a complicated process into a truly wonderful experience.

Had the best experience with Lucus. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answered all my questions. He keep me positive on the truck I hoped to buy, someone else was looking at the same truck ahead of me. It worked out. He wore out a pair of shoes running back and forth between dealerships. He was dedicated in satisfying the end result. When I’m in need for another car I won’t hesitate to work with Lucus again.
