Jason, Jonathon, and the team at Shaheen Service have exceeded my expectations. They have inherited me and my 2024 Chevy Blazer EV, after a lackluster 6+ week service experience at another Lansing Chevy dealership. (This ended up in a GM corporate complaint with that dealer.) From start to finish, Jason kept me informed of my Chevy Blazer EV's repairs, even while I was away in China on business. He was diligent in ensuring all vehicle service bulletins were addressed, including those I didn't even know about. They have earned my loyalty and trust. I so appreciate Shaheen's Service Team and their commitment to quality/excellence.

It took more visits than I thought necessary (4) but they finally were able to find the issue. Jason Jones , service writer was awesome! We also had my daughter’s car in 3x for a problem with her vehicle but finally got that fixed also. Worked with him on her car also, great guy and was very helpful and easy to work with 😊

On my recent service visit, here's what happened. My advisor was Jason Jones. He listened intently to what I was there for. He asked questions when he didn’t fully ascertain what the problem was. From that point, the car was taken. I received a shuttle ride back home, received texts as to what the status was or if they required more information on what the issue was and then when it was completed, brought my car back to my home. It was a smooth process. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Shaheen’s over 2 decades. From their sales personnel, to financing, oil changes and service department, I have never had any complaints. Thanks for a first class act Shaheen’s!

If you go to the service department and “assistant manager” Jason is your advisor leave and go to a different dealership for service immediately. Brought my truck in for a 5 hour job took 5 days to complete. Jason would either never take calls, never respond to texts, or be on a 2 hour lunch break. He would provide no update beyond “taking longer than expected”. Don’t get me wrong I could care less how long it takes to fix the vehicle properly my issue is getting spun around when we spoke and where on the same page that I’d need to know what’s happening/timeframe so I can arrange transportation as I run a small business and have clients and gear I need to transport along with a service animal. Jason failed to keep me informed, failed to provide a loaner, failed at just about everything beyond intake and releasing the vehicle and he barely did that because he put the wrong mileage during intake which delayed the repair under warranty. If incompetence was a person it would be this guy. Again if you go to service for ANYTHING and he says he’s your advisor RUN. Update: just to solidify this 1 star - that call they mentioned? it never took place.

I travel for work so when it comes to getting any work done or even an oil change it’s hard to find somewhere that can get me done in 1-2days so I can get back to work. Jason helped me get in and out in the same day. Now I’m not saying it still didn’t take a few hours after dropping my vehicle off at 8:30-9am I was out of there by 3-4pm. What took the longest was waiting on the part I needed to get there but while I was waiting the employees were very helpful and accommodating.

I was just about to leave town for a very long trip ending in Las Vegas when my air conditioning went out. Shaheen took me without an appointment anf both Jason Jones and Dave Moon stayed late to make sure it was fixed which was amazing! I will definitely return to Shaheen for help again. Just bought a new Malibu from Lenny Ezzo. He's very personable and his customer service is 2nd to no one. I will refer anyone looking for a new car to him. Funny side note; after leaving new my car with them to have leather seat covers installed, they gave me a loaner vehicle. The work was done a day early, which was great. In my way to return the loaner and pick up my car, there was a devastating fatal accident on I96. By the time I reached Shaheen, I was admittedly distracted and accidentally left my golf clubs in the loaner car's trunk. I didn't realize this until the next Sunday as I was preparing for Monday nights indoor golf league. I texted Lenny thinking I would not hear from him until Monday. He responded immediately, and said he would alert Jason Cords (GM?). When I called Jason Monday morning, he had my clubs in his office. I will forever be grateful and am committed to buying only from Shaheen from now on. THANK YOU LENNY AND JASON!
