My daughter was shopping for her first "on her own" car. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, Sierra came out to greet us with a smile. Throughout the process, she was very thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. My daughter has trouble making decisions and Sierra was very patient and understanding. She even went the extra mile to help us demo a vehicle for comparison that was not even for sale yet! Finally, Jim in finance was terrific as usual and took the extra time to explain everything to my daughter in terms she could understand. Would definitely buy from Shaheen and Sierra again!
