My Mom passed away, and We went to the used car section for some advice. She left behind a 2017, red, Chevy Silverado truck. It only has @1,300 miles. I asked for a trade in value. The guy who evaluated the vehicle, grumbled, nodded his head, and acted EXTREMELY put out, and never made eye contact with us. I explained that the truck wasn’t practical for our family, and we were thinking about a Traverse. The price he offered us, was insulting! Thousands of dollars less than the other dealers we went to. Needless to say, he was happy to see us go, so he could return to his cell phone. I couldn’t believe the unpleasant, and unprofessional service we encountered.

I was blown away by the great service by Kevin! I was sure it would takes at least 2 days or more to drive home in my new truck... But it didn't!! I'm so happy and everyone was great!! Very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs!! I have already recommended Shaheen to a lot of my friends and I hope that they end up doing business with them and get the same great service that I got! Thanks for everything!!! I had a great experience at the Shaheen dealership. My sales man (Shire) was not pushy and was very informative, helpful and funny. As I was leaving the dealership I seen a girl I knew and recommended Shire to her right in the parking lot, and she is do to get her car by next week. Great Dealership! You will be well taken care of. I love my Equinox!!

My daughter who lives in Texas came home for a visit and to explore her options of car ownership. Christopher Paulik was the only salesman in the Greater Lansing Area to take the time to help her. We were so impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. My daughter took the plunge and purchased her new Chevy Blazer here in Michigan! Christopher was fantastic and helped make arrangements to have it sent to her home in Texas! It was shipped on Monday and she received it on Wednesday! To make this experience even better, I also walked away with my dream Jeep Rubicon! I had mentioned we were Jeep lovers and already owned one.
