When I got out of my car, I was immediately greeted by Erick Pardo, which made me feel welcomed right away. He was extremely kind, professional, and never once rushed me through the process of finding the perfect car. Erick took his time to listen to what I was looking for and even gave me helpful advice based on the features I wanted. He was very informative, explaining every detail about the car I ended up choosing in a clear and understanding way. What really stood out was how patient and genuine he was and how he truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision, rather than just trying to make a sale. The entire experience felt stress-free, and I left feeling like I made the right choice thanks to his guidance. Erick went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

We drove over 6 hours from Kentucky to Michigan to purchase a car from Christopher Pauline at Shaheen Chevrolet. He was upfront, honest and great to work with! There was no pressure and he made the process easy! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken of! Ryan made sure the paperwork was a breeze and was a blast to chat with! I want to thank Eric Partain from Shaheen Chevrolet for helping me get my new stallion which of course is a 2016 Black Chevrolet Traverse! I love the vehicle and have been wanting one for a while.
