Absolutely terrible customer service in service dept. No one is on same page, willing to lie and just get quiet when you point out you're being lied to. Unwilling to document that the gave up and were unable to address concerns. They just want to give car back. Avoid at all costs.

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! You wont be disappointed.

We were treated unbelievably well. Our 2024 Terrain transmission went out. We bought it at Crippen, they said they didn’t have a mechanic to repair it, and they would take it to a Shaheen mechanic. After weeks of not getting real answers, not getting our calls and texts answered, our car finally was taken to Shaheen. Less than two days, and constant updates from Payton our car was repaired. The mechanic Randy, even talked to us explaining what the problem was and how the repair was done. Five stars aren’t enough for our experience with Shaheen.

My fiancé and I found ourselves at this dealership after getting work done on my equinox, I hadn’t been having the best experience with it. After driving the new equinox it still just wasn’t a good fit. We came back the following day and Tim hooked us up with this amazing truck, my fiancé and I now have matching vehicles, different colors of course. I HIGHLY recommend going to Tim, he’s very trustworthy.
